DeLabel Shipping Method
DeLabel utilizes the carrier which will deliver your collectable bust or statue safely and efficiently while keeping shipping costs to the collector as favourable as possible. We’re using Aramex and FedEx currently.
How are the International Shipping Charges calculated?
International shipping charges are calculated by dimensional weight and country of destination.
You should be provided with a ZIP code during the checkout process and shipping estimates will be made. These estimates are made based on the sample product size and weight, and estimated box size and weight. As our product mostly pre-order item, the final shipping quote will only be available until the item is complete. Final shipping prices may be 15% higher or lower.

International Destinations
Customs fees, sales taxes, etc., are not included in your purchase price and may be charged by your countries customs office. In some cases, these duties and customs fees are collected by the carrier.
It is your responsibility to investigate the amount of taxes and duties you will owe prior to your shipment. DeLabel uses the harmonized code that we have been told is appropriate for our products into your region. Your customs office has the power to change this code on their own. If you feel that your final code / tax is not correct, then you can contact the carrier and/or your customs office directly to request a review.
To obtain details regarding the Actual Import Fees, or to obtain documentation or receipts in connection with customs clearance, you may contact DeLabel prior to the agreed shipment date.
With respect to each item for which Import Fees will be calculated, you authorize DeLabel (unless stated otherwise) to designate a carrier ("Designated Carrier") to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise, process and remit your actual Import Fees for such item. The risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier.
If a package is refused due to excessive import fees and duties, you will be responsible for any return shipping fees that the carrier will charge DeLabel to return the package, or to have such amount deducted from any refunds, at our sole discretion.
If DeLabel is unable to have the item returned due to a package refusal a refund will not be issued.
Purchase Limitations
You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from DeLabel, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Some of our products are listed as "Not Available in Your Country". It is therefore your responsibility to check the product descriptions carefully and make sure the products can be shipped to your country.
PO Box addresses and freight-forwarding services will not guarantee your item can be shipped and DeLabel will be forced to refund the purchase and retain a 10% administration fee.
DeLabel Refund Policy
1. All collectibles are quoted in ETH, unless otherwise stated.
2. No returns policy: All products sold are strictly non-refundable or exchangeable for other products.
3. Full Payments are only refundable or transferable to another product if DeLabel cancels the release of the collectible bust or statue.
4. For any successful cancellation and monetary refund, a 10% admin charge of the amount to be refunded will be charged to customers to cover all administrative and postage costs.
5. DeLabel will ship or allow collection of the products only to the original buyer.
6. Before buying, it is the customer’s responsibility to check and confirm whether the DeLabel collectable is allowed to be sold and shipped to their mailing address. PO Box addresses and freight-forwarding services will not guarantee your item can be shipped and DeLabel will be forced to refund the purchase and retain a 10% administration fee.
7. DeLabel reserve the right to cancel and forfeit any orders whose shipping address is not compliant to our licensed territories.
8. DeLabel collectibles are available on a pre-order basis. This means that the customer is required to pay a full payment up front and the shipping fees once the product is complete.
9. As DeLabel collectibles are not mass produced items, there may be small differences between the prototype and the final product.
10. Customers must be aware that DeLabel will not accept refund requests based on differences between the promotional images and the final product.
11. Final release date of this product is subject to delays from the manufactor or licensing approvals.
12. Customers are expected to pay the final shipping fees within 2 weeks upon notification of collection by DeLabel. If we do not hear from the customer, a reminder via recorded phone call, text message and email will then be sent and collection dated extended for another 2 weeks (Total of 1 month from date of collection notification).
13. Non collection of products after 1 month will be deemed as product cancellation and full payment forfeited.Stocks are extremely limited and it is expected that multiple buyers are attempting to buy the same product at the same time (at check-out page). Hence, it is possible to encounter stock not available at the moment buyer clicks ‘purchase’ – this is not system bug. In rare cases where 2 customers have purchased at the exact same moment causing product to be oversold, DeLabel will issue a full refund to affected customers.
14. Price detailed does not include Shipping Fees and Tax calculations. Final shipping fees will be calculated closer to shipping date and invoiced separately. DeLabel does not charge any customs duty/tax for International shipments. We are not responsible for these charges and cannot provide estimates as to what these charges may be. You may wish to contact your local customs office or post office for further information.
15. By proceeding with this order, you have deemed to have read, understood and agreed to our terms.
